General Rules
* Course packages are purchased monthly / yearly or every beginning of a trimester or semester.
* One-to-one courses have a fixed rate, but may have a reduction provided the course is longer than a semester.
* You may pay by cheque or credit card and also in cash.
* Regarding cancellation of the course, your payment is refundable as long as you give at least one month's notice.
* Courses on demand e.g. TKT and TOEIC, rates are negotiated according to the number of students per group.
* One-to-one classes may be cancelled or brought forward in case at least a 36 hour notice is given.
